Which identity providers does Purple MDM work with?

Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace for signing in to Macs and Windows with a company identity and for groups, and JumpCloud alongside them for sharing compliance so cloud apps can check it.

Can my SIEM read Purple MDM events?

Yes. Signed webhooks and an event stream carry every enrolment, command, compliance change and admin action, ready for SIEM tools.

Does Purple MDM replace Apple Business Manager or Google Admin?

No. It connects to them. Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager hand devices to Purple MDM at first switch-on, and Chromebooks stay in the school's Google Admin with their organisational units.

Is there an API?

Yes. A full REST API with keys per role, rate limits, safe retries and bulk actions, documented for the teams behind the partner portal and Purple Central as well as customers.
