Will devices lose WiFi during the move?
Not if the waves run in order: Purple MDM issues the new WiFi certificate before the old MDM's is removed. The migration runbook is built around that step.
Can we run both MDMs at once?
Yes. Devices move group by group, and the old console stays on until it is empty.
Do our profiles come across?
Settings are rebuilt in the settings library as forms, which is faster than it sounds and gives you the preview and undo you did not have before. Custom profiles can still be uploaded where you need them.
