Can we stop tills updating during trading hours?

Yes. OS update deadlines and deferrals are set by group, so store devices update after close and head office laptops on their own schedule.

Can a store manager fix things without calling head office?

From the self-service catalog, yes: approved apps and simple fixes such as rejoin WiFi. Nothing outside the catalog is allowed.

How do we find a missing handheld?

Inventory per store shows which device was where; lost mode with location, lock and wipe run from the console.

Does Purple MDM handle guest WiFi in our stores?

The guest WiFi is Purple Access and Purple Engage. Purple MDM manages the store's own devices and shares their health with the network.
