How do we get rid of permanent local admin rights?

Managed local admin passwords rotate after each use, and a person who needs admin rights asks, gets them for a set time on approval, and loses them automatically.

Does it work with Entra ID or Okta?

Yes. Macs and Windows PCs sign in with Entra ID, Okta or Google, groups come from the directory, and compliance can be shared with identity providers so cloud apps can check it too.
